No, it is never too late to review your lease to see if you can get higher rent. It is easier if your lease is coming up for renewal. It is more difficult now that you have signed an agreement. However, the carriers need your property and will do whatever is fair to stay on your property. It is our job to bring value to both the carrier and you when asking for additional rent.
